In-App Account Deletion (Recommended)
The fastest and easiest way to delete your account is directly within the Infinite Livewell app:
- Open the Infinite Livewell app
- Navigate to the Account tab
- Scroll down and tap Delete Account
- Confirm the deletion when prompted
Your account and all associated data will be permanently deleted immediately.
What Data Gets Deleted
When you delete your account, the following information is permanently removed:
- Your account information (email address and username)
- All fish catch records and associated data
- All preferences and settings
Important: This action cannot be undone. Once deleted, your data cannot be recovered.
Alternative: Email Deletion Request
If you are unable to access the app to delete your account, you may request account deletion by email.
Security Requirements:
- The deletion request must be sent from the email address associated with your Infinite Livewell account
- Requests from other email addresses cannot be processed for security reasons
To submit a deletion request:
Email: support@infinitelivewell.com
Subject: Account Deletion Request
Include in your email: Your registered email address and confirmation that you want your account permanently deleted.
Processing Time: Email requests will be processed within 30 days of receipt.
